Abstract:
The allowed range of |U-112U-132U13| and sign of cos
δ13 are examined in connection with the signs of ReΔiα, where δ13 is a phase in the Chau and Keung parametrization, and rephasing invariants Δiα are defined by UjβUkγU*jγU*kβ with i, j, k and α, β, γ cyclic.
