Exclusive Weak Radiative Decays of B Mesons in the Covariant Oscillator Quark Model

Abstract:

Exclusive weak radiative B meson decays are studied using the covariant oscillator quark model. The branching ratios for the processes B0K*0 γ and B±K* ± γ have been estimated. These are in reasonable agreement with the available experimental data. The calculation has been extended to the CKM-suppressed decay processes B- →ρ- γ and BsK*0 γ.
