Abstract:
We present an example that shows that the random phase approximation
applied to high-K multi-quasiparticle configurations leads to a
rotor picture. This is accomplished by calculating excitation
energies and magnetic properties of 178W. We also deduce the
effective gR of high-K rotors and compare it with that of low-K rotors.
