Abstract:

It is shown how the expectation value of a spin network can be computed in discretized spacetime. To calculate this quantity, we use a spin foam model, which is a discrete path integral approach to quantum gravity. The expectation value can be perturbatively computed by applying the Freidel-Krasnov-Miković (FKM) model.
