Abstract:
The formalism ofquantum electrodynamics without subsidiary conditions was obtained in a relativistically covariant way, starting from Heisenberg's representation. Transforming the formalism of quantum electrodynamics in Heisenberg's representation to the one in the interaction representation, the equivalence of this formalism to the ordinary quantum electrodynamics introduced by Fermi was proved.
