Abstract:

The world-line of fluid matter in Hlyle's (1963) cosmology is derived from Hoyle-Narlikar's field equations themselves in order to see if the co-moving nature of the coordinates, which was assumed in the previous paper [I], in the Robertson-Walker metric is consistent with the world-line of fluid matter to be derived in such a manner. The answer is affirmative with a certain proviso. It is also revealed that there is an intimate connection between the behavior of the world-line thus derived and the classification of permissible model-universes studied in [I]. We also touch upon the problem of a test particle in an empty region which is regarded as the gravitational field accompanied by the creation-field.
