Abstract:
The repulsive core in the nucleon-nucleon interaction can be described by the nonlocal exchange kernel originating from many-urfermion structure of nucleon core. This description of the repulsive core, although phenomenological in the present paper, is valid in the triplet odd state, as well as in the singlet even state treated previously by Otsuki, Tamagaki and Yasuno. It is also discussed, in connection with the problem, to what extent the short-range spin-orbit force can be ascribed to the core region, by assuming that it results from spin-orbit forces between fundamental urbaryons.
