Abstract:
It is shown that there is no relation between the MacDowell symmetry and the existence of parity doublets, and that there are examples, satisfying the MacDowell symmetry in which the Regge parameter is not regular at the point W = 0. We have also calculated the asymptotic behavior in the ladder model and obtained an explicit form of the Regge trajectory.
