Abstract:
The possible quasistability of the (partially-) self-reproducing Pomeron is investigated by the use of the modified Gribov-Pomeranchuk-Ter-Martirosyan parametrization. A simple bootstrap model of the quasistable, self-reproducing Pomeron is proposed. Another model which yields the quasistable, partially-self-reproducing Pomeron is also studied. Both of these models are inevitably based on the modified Gribov-Pomeranchuk-Ter-Martirosyan parametrization.
