Abstract:

From the viewpoint of urbaryon rearrangement, the scattering amplitudes, which represent two-body reactions for overall angle, are proposed. The overall amplitudes specified by the basic number of rearranged urbaryons in s-, t- and u-channels have Regge-like behavior in small momentum transfer region and the simple scaling form in large momentum transfer region. The proposed amplitudes are compared with experiments for pp, \overlinepp and K±p elastic scattering and reproduce fairly well the gross features of their all-angle differential cross sections. It is also discussed that independent particle picture gives understanding of the scaling behavior of the proposed amplitudes in large momentum transfer region.
