The role of paramagnons in determining the stable superfluid phases of He3 was first pointed out by P. W. Anderson and W. F. Brinkman, Phys. Rev. Lett. 30 (1973), 1108[APS]. The paramagnon model has also been extensively investigated by W. F. Brinkman, J. W. Serene and P. W. Anderson, to be published.
