Abstract:

We investigate an electromagnetic interaction of a double Dirac string of Takabayasi. Contrary to the bosonic string model, the ratio of the longitudinal to transverse cross sections of the virtual Compton scattering turns out to be identical to what we have for an elementary Dirac particle. A scaling behavior of structure functions is also studied by using a smearing method employed by Manassah and Matsuda.
