Hadron Electromagnetic and Weak Form Factors in the Minimal Boosted SU(6) Scheme of the Relativistic Quark Model

Abstract:

In this paper, we present a relativistically invariant formulation of the hadron electro-magnetic and semileptonic weak vertex function in the minimal boosted SU(6) model, that is, in the SU(6)MO(3, 1) based on the relativistic quark model. The various form factors obtained from this model are compared with those given by the \tildeU(12) ⊗O(3, 1) model. It is also shown that existing experiments can be fairly well reproduced by the SU(6)MO(3, 1) rather than by the \tildeU(12) ⊗O(3, 1).
