When I completed the present work, I was unaware of the work of Oitmaa and Barker, which treats a S. C. lattice by the same RGT as in this letter up to second order and with the two-cell approximations. But their recursion equations in second order are wrong by the factor 2 for the coefficient of K2 in \tildeL and \tildeM.
