Abstract:
In a previous work the Weinberg angle sin
2θw has been calculated to be sin
2θw = 3/8, starting with the nonlinear spinor Lagrangian of leptons and quarks, where the SU(3)⊗SU(2)⊗U(1) gauge fields and the Higgs scalar meson come out as collective modes of leptons and quarks. The above value of sin
2θw is a “bare” one in the sense that it is taken into account only of fermion loop diagrams. In the present paper the other renormalization effects to the Weinberg angle will be calculated.
