Abstract:

As the origin of hot intracluster gas in X-ray clusters of galaxies, we consider the injected gas from cluster galaxies at their early explosive era. In the first place, the dynamical evolution of this injected gas under the cluster potential is calculated numerically. In this model, the X-ray luminosity attains 1046 ∼1048 ergs s-1 within the time 1.0 ×1.016 s after the formation of intracluster gas, and afterwards it decreases to the present value.
Nextly, we examine the observability of these young luminous X-ray clusters in consideration of the cosmic expansion. These young clusters will be detectable by the Einstein satellite, 104 ∼105 sec exposure in such pictures that the angular size is 0.1 ∼1.0 arc minutes, the photon flux at 3keV is \gtrsim10-5 photons s-1 cm-2 keV-1 and the expected number of objectsis 0.1 ∼1 clusters per one field of view. Some discussions on the diffuse X-ray background will also be given.
