Clustering of the Relic Neutrinos and the Velocity Dispersion in a Cluster of Galaxies

Abstract:

Clustering of the cosmological relic neutrinos into a cluster of galaxies is investigated. In order to explain the missing mass in typical clusters of galaxies such as Virgo and Coma, the neutrino mass must be larger than ∼20 eV.
