Inclusive Spectra and Two Particle Correlations in Small pT Hadron Jets from Quark Cascade Model with Recombination Mechanism

Abstract:

Inclusive single particle spectra, charge and momentum flows, ratios of pion pairs produced in kaon's and pion's fragmentation regions, two meson correlation functions in meson's and proton's fragmentation regions and π+ meson spectrum in proton's fragmentation region under π± meson trigger are calculated using a quark cascade model in which the recombination mechanism is taken into account and momentum and quantum numbers are conserved automatically. Both Monte Carlo simulation and analytical calculation are performed to give these predictions.
