Abstract:
By performing the “shell-model plus RPA” calculation in a rotating frame, we suggest that the observed properties of the γ-vibrational energies are connected with the weak dependence of the pairing potential of the ground band upon the rotational frequency in the region \hbarωrot<0.32 MeV.
