Abstract:

The productions of baryons, antibaryons and mesons in the proton beam jet are systematically studied by means of a quark-diquark cascade model. The proton is assumed to be composed of a quark and a diquark. The constraint imposed by the experimental data of the Ω/ Ω ratio on the model is discussed. Vector mesons and decuplet baryons are considered as the produced resonances. Their effects to the inclusive spectra of the lowest mesons and baryons are analyzed. Particle ratios versus Feynman x and srtrangeness of baryon (antibaryon) are investigated.
