Abstract:

By using the same WKB treatment as applied successfully to the non-local potential for the usual RGM relative wave function χ, the equivalent local potential and the Perey factor are derived for the other types of RGM relative wave functions √Nχand Nχ where N is the normalization kernel. The equivalent local potentials for χ, √Nχ and Nχ are shown to be the same as each other. χ, √Nχ and Nχ have a common flux and it is compared with the flux by the equivalent local potential. Reliability of the WKB treatment is shown to be high by a numerical check of the accuracy of semi-classical relations among χ, √Nχ and Nχ and derived by the WKB treatment.
