Fulde-Ferrell State of Antiferromagnetic Superconductors in One-Dimensional Model

Abstract:
The spatially oscillating state proposed by Fulde and Ferrell (FF state) is investigated for antiferromagnetic superconductors with the one-dimensional incommensurate band in the presence of a homogeneous magnetic field H0. By calculating the second order phase transition temperature and the group state, we obtain the superconducting region on HQ-H0 plane where HQ is the antiferromagnetic field. It is found that the interplay of H0 and HQ results in the crucial difference between the FF state in the case H0// HQ and that in the case H0⊥HQ.
