Ghost Confinement in SU(2)L Gauged Nonlinear σ-Model

Abstract:
Confinement of ghost fields in the SU(2)L gauged nonlinear σ-model is presented. It is shown that this model corresponds to a special case of general massive Yang-Mills theory and all the ghost modes are confined into unphysical world.
