Questions about Gravitational Instability of Axion Density Fluctuations in an Axion Dominated Universe

Abstract:

The evolution of axion density fluctuations in an axion dominated universe is carefully investigated. The result strongly indicates that perturbations in the coherent classical axion field do not give rise to density inhomogeneities unless its coherence is effectively destroyed by some unknown mechanism.
