Pion-Deuteron Elastic Scattering Amplitudes in TπL=117 - 325 MeV Region

Abstract:
A single-energy phase-shift analysis of πd elastic scattering has
been performed for two cases in the region TπL=117 - 325 MeV starting from the standard-theory amplitudes of the Lyon group. One is a free search with unitarity conditions for 2+ and 3- amplitudes imposed by the moduli of pp-pp and pp-πd ones. The other is a search constrained to the Lyon amplitudes. The obtained 3P2 and 3D3 amplitudes show a smooth energy-variation and couter-clockwise rotating behaviour.
