Abstract:

Singlet bound states, assumed to exist at magnetic ion sites in a dense Kondo system, are shown to form a narrow band around the Fermi level due to inter-site contributions to the self-energy. This band has a reasonable band-width to explain anomalous phenomena found in Ce-compounds.
