Abstract:

In 3-dimensional lattice gauge theories with Wilson fermions, the `Parity' violating topological mass tern (the Chern-Simons class) is found to arise through the fermion loop. The coefficient of the class is consistent with the topoligical mass quantization. The result is extended to higher odd dimensional cases.
