Abstract:
The energy density, the baryon number density and the velocity of fluid in the target fragmentation region in A+A collisions at √s>30 GeV/A are calculated by solving Kajantie's hydrodynamic equation in 1+1 dimensions in the laboratory system and it is shown that the mesonic mater created in the rear of the target fragmentation region flows backwards.
