Collective Pair Excitations in Dynamical Nuclear Field Theory. I

Abstract:

Collective excitations, pair vibration and rotation, of a nuclear system with pairing interaction are studied by means of dynamical nuclear field theory. Both the cases of finite and vanishing pair deformations are treated. Relation with RPA method is considered. The model can be extended to the system with odd number of nucleons.
