Abstract:
Here we study the temporal evolution of boson assemblies. The equations of the density matrix and of the phase space distribution function are given in the scheme of second quantization. We introduce the velocity operator whose algebraic properties are examined and we intend to reformulate the conventional quantum mechanics in terms of the amplitude operator R(x) and the velocity operator v(x). The hamiltonian of the system is expressed in terms of these two operators aside from surface effects.
