Fermion Mass Generation and the Schwinger-Dyson Equation

Abstract:
The possibility of dynamical generation of quark masses in QCD has been studied with the help of the renormalization group equations. The analysis of the mass generation mechanism by means of the Schwinger-Dyson equation has been re-examined in the light of this new approach.
