Mass Spectra and Renormalizations of Bound States in Strong Coupling QED

Abstract:
Using the bilocal auxiliary field method, we have numerically determined the mass spectra of scalar and pseudo-scalar fields as fermion bound states in the framework of the strong coupling QED (SCQED). The consistency of the mass poles with Miransky's continuum limit is investigated. The renormalizations of the bound states are discussed and the application of SCQED to a technicolor model is also investigated.
