l$l$γγ Events as a Signal for New Strong Coupling Physics

Abstract:
We propose a mechanism which can naturally explain the anomalous events Z →l$l$γγ (M$γγ$ = 59 GeV) reported by LEP groups. This may be a first signal for new strong coupling physics like technicolor.
