ARK: A Pentium II/Linux Cluster

— A Parallel Computer System Based on Commodity PC Class Hardware —

Abstract:

We have implemented a new parallel computer architecture based entirely upon commodity personal computer components. ARK is our new Beowulf-style parallel computer system (Pentium II × 128 CPUs).
